Snow at Koputaroa School
Snow at Koputaroa School was a real highlight and something we don't usually see! Room 1 had an exciting time playing in this amazing new environment! After morning tea we had a wonderful discussion about this very new experience and some great writing has been produced about the snow. Well done Room 1 you have used some exciting words in your writing today!
The snow is slippery. (Harrison)
I played snowballs with Levi. (Michael)
I played in the snow. It was cold. (Levi)
I played in the snow. It was freezing. (Olivia A.)
I saw snow on the ground, it was freezing and it was soft and it was brown from the mud. (Sam)

You all look like you had an awesome time in the snow Room 1! It must have been so exciting to feel the snow in your hands. Well you have now experienced something that I haven't...did you know I have never been in snow before?

Looks as if you had a wonderful time in the snow, Room 1. You have written some very descriptive sentences to describe your experience with the snow. Mr Orr.
