NZ Kiwi Habitat

After looking through books and taking part in our class discussions the  children  painted what they thought a Kiwi habitat would look like. We now have a wonderful display in the classroom giving everyone the feeling of looking at a native bush scene.          Well done Room 1!

Modules - Print making

We have been going to Room 3 with Mrs. Robinson to learn about printmaking. First we had to very carefully cut out our kiwi shapes. We had to use the roller to spread the ink and the press to put the ink on the paper.

Here are some stories that Room 1 have written about their module experience.

We printed a Kiwi and it was  fun and we used ink.  (Sam)
We did printing Kiwis with Mrs. Robinson.  (Toby)
